- It will not interrupt you and you will not have to spend time deleting them.
Delete unnecessary apps
- No need for apps that you don’t use.
- They take up space and time.
Automate everything you can
- Don’t go too far
- Make sure you have not tied yourself into an ecosystem as well
- Do your chores before bed
- You will not be stressed in the morning
- If something takes 5 minutes, do it now.
- The longer you store a task in your brain, the more pressure you feel
- If it’s a longer task, brain dump it to a to-do list or something.
- If you do something more than once, create a standard for it.
