  • Having a clean and organised workspace will help you save time.
    • You will spend less time looking for things.
  • Things that take space in your home, takes up space in your brain

Unsubscribe from emails and newsletters

  • It will not interrupt you and you will not have to spend time deleting them.

Delete unnecessary apps

  • No need for apps that you don’t use.
    • They take up space and time.

Automate everything you can

  • Don’t go too far
  • Make sure you have not tied yourself into an ecosystem as well

Have routines

  • Do your chores before bed
  • You will not be stressed in the morning

Go for the Low Hanging Fruits first

  • If something takes 5 minutes, do it now.
  • The longer you store a task in your brain, the more pressure you feel
  • If it’s a longer task, brain dump it to a to-do list or something.

  • If you do something more than once, create a standard for it.
